Face yoga techniques  can be used as a preventative measure for people of any age, from as early as 18. The earlier you start facial exercises, the less likely you are to see signs of ageing and facial tension.

Starting Face Yoga at any age is great. It’s never too late to strengthen a muscle, to improve the skin tone or to boost the circulation. It's never too late to reduce stress and tension in the face, to improve lymphatic drainage or to enhance the health.
